1. GENERAL PROVISION

The service provided by BBO (balibookingonline.com and affiliated partners (Vendors)) are online acommodation platform which includes all types of rooms (eg, hotels and villas categories, breakfast, various holidays’ packages and others) and also advertisement of rooms promo by vendors, and through which the visitors of the websites can make such personal reservations. Since the time of making your reservation, we act only as an intermediary between you and the accommodation, send the reservation details relating to the accommodation and send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the accommodation.

Our services are available only for personal use and non-commercial use. Therefore, you are not allowed to resell, put deep-link, use, copy, monitor (eg, spiders or filing (scrape)), and display, download or reproduce any content or information, software (software), product, or any service provided on our website for a commercial purpose or activity or whatever competitive.

1.2. Only BBOa��s members (vendors) which have been officially registered and signed work contracts entitled access to personal account information. Extranet is provided to perform essential alteration data owned by respective member by the aim at attracting visitors or target markets and improving sales value.

1.3. Profit sharing policy made by BBO’s reward program is agreed and legally signed between BBO and respective vendors, the reward percentage is applicable to all members equally. The confidential contract is made separately out of this policy.

1.4. BBO has the right to audit all accounts at any time associated with the fulfillment of In House Rules, without notice to the members. In the case when the results of the audit showed a discrepancy or violation that is likely to occur, the likely reward redemption requests will be delayed depending on the completion of the audit. Contract termination might be applied unilaterally for truly serious violation done by members or vendors.

1.5. Any attempt by anyone to undermine the legitimate operation of this program is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, if such efforts do, BBO has the right to seek damages from such parties up to the maximum limit in the shadow of the law.

1.6. These terms and conditions are explained in accordance with Indonesian Law (Laws of Indonesia) irrespective of where applications for membership have been completed by the member or sent to BBO. In any action or other legal process with respect to the subject matter or relating to these Terms and Conditions or Membership submitted by the member to the non-exclusive Indonesian court.

1.7. BBO (www.balibookingonline.com) holds the ownership of the rights, entire contents of the sites inclusive.

 

2. PRICE AND PROMOTION

Competitive prices or even special promo prices are available to all travelers. Abundant selections and package categories are ready to spoil your body and soul along with your holidays. The breakfast and tax have been inclusive to every room reservation.

 

3. DETAILS OF PAYMENT SETTLEMENT

3.1. BBO applies specified time limit for all forms of reservation, If the payment is not made, then we reserve the right to cancel all reservations.

3.2. Payment methods allowed include Bank transfer, ATM and Credit Card. For payment by bank transfer, you must provide the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment of reservations listed in the BBO confirmation email. You must follow the procedures contained in booking form and the confirmation email.

3.3. Particularly credit card, you must follow the procedures stated by BBO and/or the relevant payment service provider. After you make full payment, BBO will place the order and issue a reservation code, which will be accompanied by:

3.4. Payments are processed securely through a third-party to process the payment and charged directly from your credit card / debit card, or via your bank account to the bank account of the accommodation provider.

 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment applicable for any types of room booking (regular rooms of hotels or villas), room promo categories, and packages. Any cancelation occurs will be non-refundable.
